Defective Detecting Device
Introduction:
A cigarette testing device for cigarette packaging machines located
at a point in the manufacturing process just before the cigarettes
are placed into cigarette packages, for simultaneously testing the
ends of cigarettes disposed in a group.
Magnetic Sensitive Loose-end Missing Filter Defective Cigarette
Detector is a cigarettes location detection system, built-in 20
displacement magnetoelectric converters, used for dectecting the
loose-end and missing filter rod, if the cigarette was detected
loose-end or missing filter, the sensor will output signal, for
rejecting the cigarettes into the pack.
This system includes a probe in the form of a split fiber optics
bundle located adjacent a conveyor or other transport means for
cigarettes which travel along the conveyor with their axes
substantially normal to the direction of travel of the conveyor.
The fibers of the bundle are divided randomly and one branch
extends to a light source and the other to a detector. In this
fashion, light will be directed from the probe towards the tobacco
end of the traveling cigarettes. The reflected light is transmitted
through the other branch to the detector which is coupled with a
bridge circuit for measuring the level of intensity of the
reflected light.
When a loose cigarette end is detected, either a memory circuit or
wheel is actuated in order that the cigarette having the detected
loose end will be eventually rejected by an ejection mechanism.
Customization:
Regular cigarette sensors are for rectangular and round-edged
boxes, 7.8*84mm cigarettes, 7+6+7 distribution. Please provide

Depending on packet style, cigarette sizes, distribution style,
machine type and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can
